My mom and i visited dietitian Palak mittal's 'Sehat Nutrition and Diet Clinic' , on our visit she checked Mom's weight by taking BCA(body composition Analysis) test and gave her targets and guide us the importance of right diet. She also studied mom's medical reports as she is a diabetic patient and gave her the appropriate diet chart plans for every week which were very effective and easy to follow . Every week , she discussed the progress report and if there was any issue we were facing to follow the diet plans , she resolved it. According to the discussion, she made the new diet plans for mom. She recommended workouts along with the diet . The workout comprises of 5 km jog and brisk walk + yoga. The diet was well planned and there was a snack in every 2-3 hours almost because of which my mom was never hungry , she told us that eating in every 2-3 hours boost the body metabolism and helps to reduce unnecessary fat. Mom had no cravings as she had included a lot of her favourite foods as well ( Limited quantity). She took mom's BCA test at the end of the month , checked the BCA report and took proper steps to reduce unnecessary fat and to improve the muscle quality. She also added DETOX DRINK,APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (to remove toxins from the body) PROTEIN SHAKE AND SOUPS ( to fulfill the daily protein requirements) , SUPER FOODS (to provide the optimum nutrition), FLAXSEEDS (to reduce the bad cholesterol level) She gave us small targets and always motivates . She is very confident and know how to help the clients to get their desired results. Now the best part: In one month , mom lost 2 kgs and in 3 months program - mom lost 6 kg weight. Now her diabetes is always in control status. Uric acid level is in normal range Great enery level as well as glowing skin. Also, she faced black nails issue, which was resolved by following the proper diet plans. Now, she continued the diet with renewed motivation and happiness. Now mom have a lot more energy throughout the day. Palak has done a great job making the diet keeping in mind her likes and dislikes.
